Love is not an emotion. Love is not how you feel. Love is what you do in spite of how you feel.
Nothing is ever as it seems. Everything that occurs to us will always have good and bad. We may not always see it at the time. It is up to you to choose ultimately how you see what happened.
Whether something is good or bad is a judgement. Get rid of the judgement and it is just an event happening.
Hypocrisy is never ok. If you want a specific action or behavior from someone, you first have to exemplify the behavior. Be the example. Never dictate that another should be the example.
