Resurrection!

Wow! So much has happened, it’s hard to know where to start! Welcome, again, Warriors, and let’s jump into the current updates. Normally at this obscenely blistering time of year there is not much going on in the desert. This year has been a bit different I am very pleased to say!

Prior to our season “ending” this year, I was contacted by another venue to perform weddings at, and I am very pleased to say that this has opened up an amazing venue at which I can, and have held, in-person events. I was blessed to have a couple live, Tarot card reading sessions before the venue shut down for the summer. And this fall, once it opens back up, there are already plans in the works for more readings, but also presentations and classes as well.

I am also grateful to announce a collaboration with two therapists, both of whom I know personally, both of who have amazing skill sets, and both of who believe in the power of dreams and what they can tell us. So for those Warriors who are joining us from that space, welcome, and congratulations on taking this step in your journey.

Third, I am very pleased to announce that another collaboration is also in the works. Last year I met a Warrior holding an event (in the middle of summer in the desert!) trying to build a community based radio station in our area. I am thrilled to that just a few days ago, for the second year in a row, he not only held the event, but I also took part, not as a vendor, but as a volunteer helping to put the event on!

Lastly, and I am most excited about this announcement, I am ecstatic to be announcing the return of music in the Den! For the last three and a half years, ever since the world flipped sideways, everything in our lives went on hold, including music. I am very excited to say that we are back to playing music and jamming on a regular basis again. The creative juices are flowing and not only have we not lost anything, but in some ways the time away from the instruments allowed some of the mental blocks holding us up to give way. I am feeling better than I have in a long time, and playing better than I have as well.

Warriors, things are looking brighter and getting better. I am grateful for my blessings and my lessons. I hope you are as well.
